From Blank Figurine to Designer Piece
Fully guided, with room to experiment.
Our artists guide every stage while giving each participant the freedom to experiment, develop a personal palette and create an original design. No prior art experience is required.
After the workshop, the figurines remain safely at WE ART for approximately five days to settle and dry.

The completed figurines are presented together as a vibrant team collection before drying and protective packing.
The Fluid Bear Workshop is customised around nine workforce values: Trust, Collaboration, Resilience, Empathy, Innovation, Integrity, Courage, Adaptability and Excellence. Each value is translated into a distinctive colour palette and fluid-art direction, making an abstract organisational principle visible, memorable and personal.
How the Workshop Works
Participants are organised into nine value groups. Each person creates an individual bear using the shared palette for their assigned value, while choosing their own pours, layers and patterns. The common palette builds connection; the unique outcomes celebrate individuality.
The Final Collection
The completed bears are arranged by value for a team reveal and photograph. Together, they form a vibrant team collection showing how different people, strengths, and perspectives contribute to one organisation and one shared purpose.
The Infineon Team Collection
For a more playful direction, participants can take inspiration from their favourite food and dessert flavours to create delicious-looking colour combinations. From Watermelon Rush and Mint Choc Chip to Taro Coconut Cloud, Black Sesame Noir and Lemon Meringue Glow, each flavour provides a fun starting palette that participants can follow, remix or personalise. The result is a colourful team collection where every bear has its own flavour, mood and personality.

For an additional S$120, WE ART can create one customised Infineon Future Flow Bear inspired by Infineon’s vision of making life easier, safer and greener. The design brings together energetic orange and yellow, secure deep navy, sustainable turquoise and green, with subtle silver circuit details representing technology and innovation. The completed bear can be displayed during the workshop as the centrepiece of the team collection and retained by Infineon as a unique corporate keepsake.

After approximately five days of drying and finishing, each participant receives a lasting collectible and a reminder of what the team created together.
