This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the responsible body for the data processing that occurs via this website has their basis outside of the European Economic area and Switzerland, then the associated Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. will hereinafter be referred to as “Google”. As concerns the use of Google Analytics, the data processing in this respect is technically provided by Jimdo. In that regard, reference is hereby made to the Jimdo Privacy Policy. Jimdo GmbH (Jimdo GmbH, Stresemannstrasse 375, 22761 Hamburg, Datenschutz@jimdo.com) and the operator of this website share a joint responsibility for the data processing in connection with Google Analytics on this website.
Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files saved on the site visitor’s computer, to help the website analyze their use of the site. The information generated by the cookie (including the truncated ip address) about the use of the website will normally be transmitted to and stored by Google.
Google Analytics is used exclusively with the extension "_anonymizeIp ()" on this website. This extension ensures an anonymization of the IP address by truncation and excludes a direct personal reference. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached is carried out automatically, once a month.

Studio Policy
1. Payment Detail
We kindly request all parents/guardians to settle the term fee payment before the commencement of the class. Please note that there will be a $20 surcharge for any late payments received after the class begins. We regret to inform you that all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless amongst siblings). Please note that remaining classes from the term will not be refunded if students are unable to attend any class.

2. Public Holidays / Make-up Class

Public Holidays: WE ART has no classes on all Public Holidays.

Make-up Class: If a student is unable to attend their regular class, they can arrange for a make-up class with a minimum of 6 hours prior notice. Missed regular classes without prior cancellation will not be replaced. Make-up lessons are valid until the end of the term in which the student is registered.
To arrange for make-up class, kindly provide prior notice via Whatsapp at 9128-9947.

3. Withdrawal
In the event that a student wishes to withdraw from our class, we kindly request that they provide a prior notice of at least two weeks in advance by contacting us through WhatsApp at 9128-9947. Once we receive the notice, we will send a Withdrawal form for the student to complete.
4. Attire
We offer WE ART Studio T-shirts to our students at a cost of SGD$ 30, which they may wear during classes. However, if students opt not to purchase the T-shirts, we provide aprons to ensure the protection of their clothing. We advise our students not to wear their favorite clothes as some materials may leave permanent stains on fabrics.
5.Copyright
All the contents are asset of we art pte ltd. and it is not permitted to use any of our contents including photos and videos. For those attending class agree to use photos taken during the classes for marketing purposes. it can be removed immediately upon request.
6. Liability
At WE ART, we prioritize safety and aim to provide a secure setting for our students. Nevertheless, we want to make it clear that WE ART PTE. LTD. cannot be held accountable for any harm, injuries, destruction, or losses that may arise on our premises.
