WE ART Workshop Policy

At WE ART, we are committed to delivering enriching workshop experiences. Please take note of our workshop policy

 

1. Private group workshop policies

 

a. Duration

• The workshop sessions are allocated on a basis of 2 hours each and are accessible within the hours of operation, which span from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday. Any sessions scheduled outside of these designated operating hours will incur additional charges.

• An extension of your session by one hour is feasible, contingent upon the studio's availability, for an additional fee of $280 per hour.

b. Minimum guarantee

• When making a reservation for your session, it is imperative to provide a minimum guarantee. Subsequently, regardless of the actual attendance falling short of this guaranteed number, the agreed-upon amount must be paid.

• Should there be any addition to the number of pax, must be inform in advance or beginning of the session as client must respectfully consider preparation time.

c. Time-line

• Participants are permitted to enter the studio premises up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event time for the purpose of session setup. There will be a grace period of 5- 10 minutes of waiting for all participants to arrive or late arrival will not guarantee adequate time of completion.

• The commencement and conclusion of the event must adhere strictly to the designated time frame(include cleaning time).

• Regardless of tardiness on the part of attendees holding reservations, the studio facilities cannot be utilized beyond the prescribed conclusion time. However, extensions may be purchased subject to the availability of the studio's booking schedule.

• Participants will be reminded 10- 20 minutes in advance before end of session according to the agreed duration of purchased package or there maybe additional charges.

 

2. Deposit

 

a. 30% of total workshop fee

• The Participants may exercise the option to pay a deposit that is 30% of the total workshop fees upon confirmation and signing of the Quotation Agreement (or any form of course acceptance, or request for WE ART to proceed with work), to confirm its commitment to the workshop.

3. Cancellation by Participants

 

a. 15 days or More Before the Workshop

• Participants can cancel their registration 15 days or more before the workshop commences to receive a full refund.

b. 10-15 days Before the Workshop

• Cancellations made between 10-15 days before the workshop will be eligible for a 50% refund of the fee.

c. Less Than 10 days Before the Workshop

• Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled workshop. However, participants can opt to transfer their registration to a friend or family member.

 

4. No-Show Policy

 

a. Failure to Attend Without Prior Notice

• If a participant fails to attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling options will be available.

 

5. Cancellation by WE ART

 

a. Insufficient Enrolment or Instructor Unavailability

• In rare circumstances where a workshop is canceled due to insufficient enrolment or instructor unavailability, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

 

6. Refund Process

a. Method of Refund

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

7. Rescheduling

a. Participant-Initiated Rescheduling

• Participants can request to reschedule their workshop up to 10 days before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

b. WE ART-Initiated Rescheduling

• In unforeseen circumstances, WE ART reserves the right to reschedule a workshop. Participants will be notified, and efforts will be made to accommodate their availability.

 

8. Note

a. WE ART retains the right to update or modify this policy. Participants are advised to review the policy periodically.

b. By participating in our workshops, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation and refund policy.
